Connect external systems via the raccore customer panel (API keys, webhooks, HMAC signing). Maintenance outbox stays in ForteUnit under Workflows.

API keys & webhooks (customer panel)

Tenant admins manage keys and webhook targets in the customer panel. Delivery is platform-driven (billing, tickets, registration).

Open customer panel → API Dev

Lab: cpanel.raccore.local · Prod: your domain after KGL-4 (public HTTPS targets only).

Supported event types (sample)

Webhook filters e.g. ticket.* or subscription.changed. ForteUnit ticket events are normalized to ticket.*.

  • billing.* — Billing / plan
  • subscription.changed — Subscription status changed
  • ticket.* — Service desk (e.g. ticket.created)
  • tenant.registered — New registration
  • platform.* — Platform events

Internal automation (ForteUnit)

Maintenance reminders and outbox sweep — not external webhooks, same event platform underneath.
