These building blocks are already wired — without a visual rule editor:
- Maintenance reminders → outbox (sweep/retry under Workflows)
- Platform events → webhooks in the customer panel (API Dev)
Lab — rule engine in preparation
Configurable when/then rules (e.g. create a ticket when an invoice is overdue) are planned as a dedicated engine. Today, fixed paths run via reminder outbox and webhooks.
